At the start of 2018 we had our loft converted and kitchen reconfigured by MCS southwest. We looked at several companies based on FMB membership and proximity. Mitch was the most responsive and cheapest quote. Before we committed he arranged for us to see another loft conversion he’d recently completed. Sue from Ashton was extremely complimentary giving positive responses to all our questions. For the entire build Mitch and his team worked hard to get the job done quickly and professionally. All of the trades knew what they were doing, and although we lived on a building site, the team vacuumed daily so that dust and debris were kept to a minimum. When a couple of things didn’t go according to plan (a couple of items for the kitchen didn't arrive on time) Mitch was the calm voice of reason explaining these things happen all the time on building projects. Overall we are really happy with the job MCS southwest have done and would thoroughly recommend them.
